This is a 100% onsite role in San Rafel.

Your Role with the Company:

Our client is seeking an IT Systems Administrator who is skilled in recognizing, analyzing, and effectively troubleshooting technical problems in a timely and organized manner. In this role, you must be able to support the day-to-day operations of the company's information systems including all computer hardware, software, and equipment for both HQ & remote employees. You will work with internal customers to evaluate and solve technical problems and resolve help desk requests. Plan and coordinate the configuration and operation of permissions within computer networks and workstations. Prioritize and develop timelines for company-wide information systems implementations. You will work closely with the Data Protection Officer on all PII & GDPR compliance regulations as well as create policies and procedures and update Information Systems documentation. Onsite travel may be needed for printer installation, registration/overall event support, and Wi-Fi set-up/troubleshooting. You will be the main point of contact for all IS needs. Ongoing maintenance of the following:

  • Spam filter
  • Meraki – guest/mobile network notifications
  • Password maintenance
  • Ensure email is successfully backed up
  • Ensure all required systems are successfully backed up

Background Profile:

  • Bachelor's Degree
  • The ability to recognize, analyze, and effectively troubleshoot technical problems in a timely and organized manner
  • Must be resourceful and able to take initiative in a dynamic environment
  • 2+ years of Information Systems experience
  • Preferred experience with:
  • Microsoft servers (2008, 2012, 2019)
  • Microsoft Exchange
  • O365
  • PC troubleshooting and repair
  • Box.com
  • Gmail.com
  • Networking & network security
  • VMWare VSphere
  • Avaya
  • Cisco Routers and Switches
  • Linux
