Parker Staffing is partnering with Nintendo of America, providing them with high quality seasonal and long-term talent to support their customer care and quality assurance teams. We are working closely with the Nintendo to hire Tier 1 Consumer Service Representatives to assist consumers with a variety of queries related to their Nintendo products.
What would make me an ideal candidate?
We’re looking for someone, with excellent written communication skills who harbors a love for Nintendo products. If you have that warm and fuzzy feeling when you think of characters like Mario and Kirby, we want to talk to you! A commitment to customer service and learning new technical skills are also key to being successful here, as Consumer Service Representatives can and will be adapting to new responsibilities and skills based on consumer demand.
What are my core duties in this role?
Tier 1 Consumer Service Representatives provide tier one network and troubleshooting support for Nintendo gaming systems. Additional responsibilities include but are not limited to:

· Follows and executes the resolution process established by the department to resolve consumer incidents.
· Interacts with internal departments/subcontractors to resolve issues.
Successful representatives must have the following skills:
· Ability to demonstrate strong judgment and problem-solving skills
· Excellent written and verbal communication skills
· Ability to work independently with a sense of urgency to complete tasks on hand
· Ability to multi-task
· Exceptional attention to detail
· Ability to quickly learn and execute new processes
· Ability to meet time-sensitive deadlines
What requirements should I meet to be considered?
All candidates are subject to a drug screen and background check.
Nintendo is open for customer service from 6am to 7pm daily, we ask all potential associates to be available to be scheduled within those hours. To be considered, candidates must also be free to work both weekend days and offer flexibility as schedules can change weekly. Nintendo and Parker also require all associates to sign a non-disclosure agreement upon hire.
Nintendo associates are also required to take a mandatory, consecutive eight-week break in service after 48 consecutive weeks on the job before they are eligible to return for another 48-week period.
