Job Description

The land analyst will work closely with the Vice President - Land Division and the Land Division team members. The land analyst will oversee land planning and analysis projects related to Land Division leases, licenses, and development land and various infrastructure project management needs. The role will also contribute to file archive digitization and land database management, inventory and budget controls, compliance tracking, management reporting, and special land use planning projects. Strong project management, land use, financial analysis, administration, and servicing skills required.

This role will be expected to lead specific business initiatives and projects and oversee the work of consultants, engineers, surveyors, and other vendors to ensure the efficiency of business operations in relation to financial and total return targets. This role will also provide ad hoc support to the Land Division in land use planning and analysis initiatives. Experience in land use planning, operations, finance, as well as field work will be critical. The ideal candidate will possess competent leadership and management skills to oversee analytical and land use projects and enhance business performance to ensure profitability of key initiatives and drive sustainable development and long-term success of the Land Division.
