Recruits a client base within the community by identifying, locating, interviewing, and screening individuals who may be appropriate for the program.
Provides general information to individuals and families on program objectives and services; eligibility requirements and benefits; confidentiality of information etc. Distributes informational materials and literature.
Review and submit outreach reports and deliverables prepared by the outreach administrative unit
Attend community meetings to convey information about the program
Maintain relationships with community partners and Park West clinical staff to increase identification of HIV positive individuals and linkage to care
Perform other duties as assigned
College experience required
Advanced analytical and computer skills
