WHAT WE ARE HUNGRY FOR We are seeking a Field Marketing Manager who will serve asour bakery cafe marketing expert for the Paris Baguette brand that aligns bothCorporate and Franchisee cafes with our Mission, Vision and Brand Values. This candidate will serve as the liaison between ParisBaguette and all Cafes with regards to all Brand Marketing, Local StoreMarketing (LSM) initiatives and new store opening support. KNOWLEDGE AND RESPONSIBILITIES Work in collaboration with New Store Development team toensure each new cafe owner successfully executes their new store opening tomeet or exceed company set guidelines.
Educate and ensure timely and flawless execution of allaspects of the new cafe opening marketing plan, including local marketingkick-off, participation in countdown calls and assistance with any other newcafe opening marketing tasks as needed. Build genuine connections with all cafe management(including owners) through timely and consistent follow up. Needs to create an environment of authentic listening, whileproviding clear direction on how to address the business issues and solve forgaps, while helping to grow and protect the PB brand.
Closely partner with Cafe Operations teams (Director ofOperations, District Managers, Franchise District Manager, General Managers) todevelop and evaluate local store marketing programs. to identify underperforming cafes and help develop specificmarketing plans and programs that can be customized and implemented to improveresults. Work with outside agencies to drive local marketinginitiatives while adhering to budgets.
Ensure paid media and local media efforts are aligned andintegrated. Supporting with Love Baked In, Giveback program. Be able to provide relevant analytics and reporting onmarketing initiatives.
WHAT YOU NEED TO HAVE 3-5 years progressive experience in Marketing. Marketing experience in Retail required, Food and Beverageexperience preferred. Proficient in MS Office, Outlook, PowerPoint, Adobe CS(preferably, InDesign, Illustrator, Photoshop) and other graphics-relatedsoftware.
Proficient in all social media platforms. Flexible, adaptive, upbeat, open and visible work style. Excellent judgement and decision making skills.
