Management Trainee = Entry Level

We are seeking a highly motivated Management Trainees to join our team! The Management Trainee is the main point of contact responsible for building and developing long-term relationships with new and existing clients. This role will be interact between energy brokers and clients to ensure success of placements and meet customer satisfaction. The Management Trainee position requires excellent communication skills, the ability to uncover new opportunities, and who will bring an outgoing, upbeat and positive personality. The right Management Trainee will be highly goal-oriented, organized and possess a strong desire to achieve targets. We are seeking a Management Trainee with proven record of accomplishment in sales and recruitment background.

Responsibilities of a Management Trainee:

· Identify sales opportunity and services to new clients

· Source, prospect and target key accounts

· Present and sell company services to new customers

· Assist with establishing sales, pricing and marketing strategies

· Develop and execute a sales strategy to promote revenue growth

· Meet and exceed face to face meeting goals

· Meet and exceed new customer goals

· Maintain current clients and build potential future opportunities

· Resolve customer inquiries and problem solving

· Build great relationships with customers

Qualifications for Management Trainees:

· Previous experience in outside sales, business development or customer service related

· Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience

· Self- motivated, eager and able to work in a fast pace environment

· Experience in delivering client- focused solutions based upon each individual customer needs

· Strong listening, negotiation and presentation skills

· Excellent verbal and written communication skills

· Time management skills with ability focus on activity and goals

· Ability to build rapport with clients

· Strong negotiation skills

· Deadline and detail-oriented
