Account Executive Sales Representative - PAID TRAINING

Your role as a Account Executive Sales Rep is to close sales of our business solutions with clients throughout the area. As an Account Executive Sales Rep with Paramount Consulting Group, you will work closely with your Executive Manager to set appointments with business owners face-to-face, through your network, and via referral partnerships that you build.

Compensation:

Responsibilities

· Closing new business

· Prospect for new accounts through various methods such as internet research, trade show travel and social media

· Manage prospecting and selling process through Sales Force CRM

· Utilize marketing tools and build a robust sales pipeline with diversified account base

· Create sales presentations to communicate Our client strengths to potential customers

· Schedule and hold weekly meetings with director of sales to review activity and plans for the week

· Develop relationships and collaborate with all internal departments at Our client

· Develop relationships with all existing accounts in the region

· Participate in Customer Engagement reviews with all existing customers in the region

Qualifications:

· Strong organizational, written and presentation skills

· Proficient in Word, Excel and PowerPoint

· Ability to build and maintain positive customer relationships

· Competitive, persuasive, energetic and self-motivated traits

· Ability to overcome objections

· Working knowledge of new media, digital interactive initiatives and social media required

· Enjoy a fast paced environment with a desire to win

· Professional appearance a must

Job Requirements

· Excellent prospecting, resourcefulness, communication, presentation and networking skills

· Works well independently and as part of a team

· Incentive-driven sales “hunter”

· Professional demeanor and impeccable integrity

· High sense of urgency and innate sales talent

· Must enjoy cold-calling and speaking with people face to face

· Experience dealing directly with small to mid-sized, local business owners and decision makers

· Experience closing in a fast sales cycle

· Experience in a performance based compensation model

· Previous Top Performer status in an outside sales position is great!

· Proven track record of pipeline development and closing sales

· Valid driver’s license and auto insurance

· Bilingual skills a plus
