Job DescriptionCompany Description
We are seeking a Construction Project Manager to join our team! You will oversee project planning, scheduling, budgeting, and implementation.
5 years' experience is a minimum requirement.
Upon finding the right candidate, we are willing to assist with relocation expenses.
Responsibilities:
- Oversee all aspects of construction project from planning to implementation.
- Allocate resources for assigned projects.
- Assist / Supervise field project specific personnel and subcontractors.
- Interface with project inspectors, contractors, architects, engineers, city and county officials, and clients
- Negotiate with contractors / vendors to award project scope.
- Maintain high standards of workmanship that adhere to plans and specifications.
Qualifications:
- Previous experience in construction management is a must.
- Familiarity with construction management software (Procore, P6, fluent with Microsoft software)
- Strong communication skills.
- Strong leadership qualities
- Strong negotiation skills
- Deadline and detail-oriented
