Job Description

We are seeking a Construction Project Manager to join our team! You will oversee project planning, scheduling, budgeting, and implementation.

5 years' experience is a minimum requirement.

Upon finding the right candidate, we are willing to assist with relocation expenses.

Responsibilities:

  • Oversee all aspects of construction project from planning to implementation.
  • Allocate resources for assigned projects.
  • Assist / Supervise field project specific personnel and subcontractors.
  • Interface with project inspectors, contractors, architects, engineers, city and county officials, and clients
  • Negotiate with contractors / vendors to award project scope.
  • Maintain high standards of workmanship that adhere to plans and specifications.

Qualifications:

  • Previous experience in construction management is a must.
  • Familiarity with construction management software (Procore, P6, fluent with Microsoft software)
  • Strong communication skills.
  • Strong leadership qualities
  • Strong negotiation skills
  • Deadline and detail-oriented
