The Trim Tech II works closely with teammates and Supervisors to produce the highest quality trimmed buds. The trim team will work with the Trim Supervisor to learn and apply NETAs quality standards and compliance guidelines. The Trim Tech II will gain experience in all aspects of dry trimming and batch packaging flower while accumulating multiple product types.

  • Follow NETA Policies & Procedures for the daily operations and fully comply with state medical marijuana regulations
  • Work closely with Trim Supervisors to produce and quality inspect finished flower
  • Adhere to weekly production requirements as set by Supervisors
  • Properly allocate and process by-products
  • Demonstrate accuracy and thoroughness in order to improve and promote quality
  • Accurately trim marijuana buds in both wet and dry forms
  • Quality check in-process dry flower and finished product
  • Work in a timely manner and strive to increase productivity
  • Responsible for the accurate and compliant packaging of all flower and associated by product
  • Responsible for the accurate pull of lab samples for all flower and associated by product
  • Responsible for the preparation of batches post-processing. Weigh and bag all flower and associated by-product
  • Responsible for maintaining organization of all product in process, pre-package and post-package
  • Responsible for the accurate and consistent use of forms to communicate product movement through Harvest
  • Maintain time and attendance and all other conduct related requirements at all times
  • Clean and maintain equipment (as necessary), ensuring functional equipment and work area at all times

  • Trim Technician I experience required
    • 3 Months Required
    • 6 Months Preferred
  • Cannabis Industry experience preferred
  • Ability to focus and be task oriented
  • Ability to work collaboratively as a team member
  • Ability to keep organized and have extreme attention to detail
  • Age 21 or over (Required)
  • High School Diploma or equivalent (Required)
  • Valid Government-Issued Photo ID (Required)
  • Are self-motivated; micro-managing isn't fun for anyone
