The Construction Superintendent supervises all Subcontractors and internal supporting staff allowing for a successful completion of the project. Coordinates with Client staff, Architects/Engineers, AHJ’s and Facilities management. Maintains job site Safety and the Highest Quality of Workmanship our clients have been accustomed to for decades. Maintains schedule milestones and has ability to overcome unforeseen conditions while maintaining published schedules.
• Working superintendent able to assist or have knowledge to fully install materials and products following project document drawings and specifications.
Oversee Construction and Quality of projects under his/her supervision for work ranging from $5k to $5MM.
Supervise and coordinate Subcontractor responsibilities and daily project scope requirements.
Responsible for managing project cost and schedule in field including but not limited to Assisting and Preparing cost and schedule analysis with Assistance from Project Managers.
Maintains construction schedule and identifies possible project schedule issues with ability to solve those issues.
Preform analysis and understanding of Shop drawings, Submittals, and material/labor coordination for a successful project.
Ensure estimated costs and objectives are obtained.
Responsible for researching and compiling materials needed and manpower to support installation of materials.
Maintains positive relationships with Owners, Architects/Engineers, Subcontractors, Suppliers and other internal Employees.
Support Project Managers with OAC (Owner Architect Contractor) meeting requirements and specific project reporting requirements.
Responsible for job site safety and rectifies job site hazards immediately.
Responsible for overall organization and cleanliness of the job site.

Education and/or Experience:
High school or equivalent degree.
Minimum of 5 years in commercial construction with emphasis on Healthcare facilities construction.
Knowledge of AHCA-Agency for Healthcare Administration strongly preferred.
Knowledge of ICRA-Infection Control Related Activities in the Healthcare
environment strongly preferred.
Understanding of Architectural and Engineering drawings and specifications.
Understanding of Commercial and/or Healthcare Facilities Systems including but
not limited to Electrical, Mechanical, Plumbing, Fire systems, Medical Gases, and
Understanding of Microsoft suite of applications and general computer
Procore Construction Management system is a plus.
ICRA certified (or ability to achieve certification within first year of employment).
OSHA 30 hr. certified (or ability to achieve certification within first year of employment).
Valid Driver’s license and own vehicle.
