Respond to customer inquiries in an inbound call center using a computerized system. Provide excellent customer service by responding to telephone inquiries and complaints using standard scripts and procedures.
· Log customer calls, gather information, assess customer needs, research/resolve inquiries
· Inform customers about services/options available
· Communicate appropriate options for customers’ problem resolution in a timely manner
Job Requirements: Successful candidates will be interested in helping customers resolve problems, be eighteen or older, possess a high school diploma, be able to pass a background test and drug screening, be available to work the required work schedule and attend a mandatory 3-week paid training.
Must be able to pass a drug screen and background check.
