A DAY IN THE LIFE OF AN OPERATIONS MANAGER

This full-time position usually works about 45 - 50 hours per week. The typical schedule is Monday - Friday, 7 AM - 4 PM with a 1-hour lunch.

As our Operations Manager, you bring your experience to the table and ensure smooth operations in our office. On a daily basis, you oversee staff and direct them to achieve daily operations goals. You work closely with our project managers to ensure that all projects are delivered on time and within budget. Additionally, you organize and plan meetings as well as coordinate with vendors and other partners to ensure the smooth delivery of products and services. WHAT IS REQUIRED TO BE AN OPERATIONS MANAGER?

• 5+ years of experience in a similar position
• Understanding of financial management and budgeting

To be successful in this position, you need to be able to demonstrate strong leadership skills, problem-solving capabilities, and excellent communication skills. You should be able to work well under pressure and be comfortable making decisions on the fly.
