Job Description
Education and Certification:Minimum Educational Requirements: High School GraduatePreferred Educational Requirements: 4 Years Technical School. 2 Years project management experience in the service/ remediation industry, with experience in the insurance or construction related industry.
Project Superintendent Key Responsibilities:
  • The SUPT supervises Project Supervisors and all casual labor and technicians.
  • The SUPT evaluates all labor, equipment, and materials requirements and report these needs to the Project Manager.
  • The SUPT informs all Project Supervisors of the scope of the job along with the completion schedules and supervise the implementation of such.
  • The SUPT informs all Project Supervisors of any changes in the scope of work and any adjustments to the completion schedule.
  • The SUPT places the order for all equipment and supplies.
  • The SUPT contacts and arranges services from subcontractors and outside vendors.
  • The SUPT ensures that all training meetings have been conducted along with the daily safety meeting.
  • The SUPT outlines daily work activities with the Project Supervisors.
  • The SUPT guarantees that every phase of the project is done properly and is completed as per the schedule.
  • The SUPT ensures that all equipment and materials are organized daily.
  • The SUPT assists the Project Supervisors in completing the scope of work to ensure the project remains on schedule.
