Inside Sales Rep. / Analyst duties include understanding the customers' needs, identifying new sales opportunities through calls and emails. In this role you will also collect and examine company data, review budgets and expenditures, evaluate pricing structures, and compare sales productivity and goals to identify industry trends and help determine ways to improve sales procedures. On a regular basis, you will also collaborate with sales managers to create sales forecasts and establish client delivery schedules. Present weekly reports to the sales team and management based on their analysis.

  • Communicating with customers to understand their needs and requirements and identify sales opportunities
  • Answering customer questions, resolving their concerns and providing additional information via calls and emails
  • Explaining and demonstrating the functions and features of products and services
  • Maintaining and improving the database
  • Keeping up to date with product inventory
  • Gather and analyze sales data
  • Review sales history to determine productivity trends
  • Collaborate with sales team to develop sales forecasts and client delivery schedules
  • Present weekly reports to the sales department and managers
  • Identify industry trends
  • Help improve sales processes

Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities:

Ability to effectively communicate and interact with co-workers, customers, supervisors, and engineering in a positive and objective manner
  • 1 to 3 years of Industrial Sales Experience required
    • 1 year of Foam Experience Preferred but not required
  • Have a structured sales process and possess analytical sales skills
  • Proficient in database management (Excel) is required
  • Proficient with Microsoft Office
  • Must work at Louisburg, NC Location
