As an industry leader in agriculture equipment, our client is looking to add an experienced Sales Representative to their team in northwest Iowa due to continued growth and demand for their top of the line products.
This position will allow you the opportunity to sell and build long-lasting relationships with landowners, operations managers, and farmers throughout the region. You will have access to top of the line training and all of the necessary tools to be successful.
Ideal candidates will have a personal or professional agriculture background but our client is open to training skilled sales candidates on their industry. Travel is limited to daily allowing this individual to be home every evening.
*Manage customer relationships within assigned territory
*Identify key accounts within the territory and develop plans to execute long term business relationships
*Serve as a business partner and consultant to clients on all of their agriculture needs, not just equipment
*Contribute to the proposal process to ensure new business execution
*Be knowledgeable of competitors, business trends, and market changes
*Work cross-functionally with service and parts and financial teams
*Agriculture and/or equipment experience preferred but not required
*Minimum of 4 years Outside Sales experience or Territory Management
*Strong verbal and written communication
