- Assist with office support functions
- Answer and direct phone calls
- Input and process orders and follow-up with customers
- File and scan paperwork
- Complete additional administrative work as needed
- 2+ years of prior related experience required
- Professional demeanor and excellent communication skills
- Highly organized and responsive
- Basic MS Office skills including Word and Excel
- Outstanding customer service skills for both internal employees and external clients
Hours: 7:30AM-4:30PM Monday-Friday
