Job Description

Paladin is searching for a full time, direct hire Marketing Analyst for a growing Non Profit organization in Irving, Texas! The ideal candidate will be responsible for providing strategic recommendations based off data analysis and market research. You will also track and analyze the performance of initiatives, work with partnerships and vendors and input data as needed.

The Marketing Analyst provides financial analysis, financial reporting, as well as overall portfolio and operations process management. The Marketing Analyst acts as primary support for grantee/vendor work initiation, reporting and closure.

This role is hybrid/onsite 2 days a week. Local candidates only.



  • Coordinate contracts, including tracking of invoicing and deliverables, receipt of required reports and supervising expenditures.
  • Coordinate the end-to-end contract and grant processes with internal parties (contracts, grants & legal business partners) and external parties (vendors & grantees) within the investment systems.
  • Data Input, Management & Analysis: Handle data for all grants and contracts in multiple databases. Provide detailed financial analysis and ensure data integrity to support team's financial decision making.
  • Work with the Director of Operations to keep all pertinent information accurate and up-to-date for reporting and analysis.
  • Serve as point-person for Executive Team regarding budget targets and individual investment portfolio management.
  • Support monthly data cleanup efforts on behalf of the team.
  • Develop relationships with key internal and external partners.
  • Work with leadership to develop processes and tools for performance management.
  • Project management: More in-depth influence in programmatic areas.
  • Track progress against landmarks, identify risks and mitigation tactics, advance issues for resolution when vital.
  • Work in Salesforce CRM for reporting.
  • Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
  • Project management, portfolio management, program management, financial management, financial reporting, non-profit or related industry, and/or business experience preferred.
  • Superior verbal and written communication skills
  • Strategic thinker with a keen eye for program excellence
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, especially Excel
  • Proficient in Salesforce CRM

  • Ability to manage multiple projects at one time with strong follow-through
