- As a Paladin Technical Recruiter, a typical day may include the following:
- Wake up and check your phone email inbox to see what qualified candidates may have applied or responded.
- Meet with our Account Managers every morning to discuss open jobs and challenges.
- Reach out to passive candidates making 50-100 calls daily.
- Be prepared for your day to change on a dime due to priorities.
- Check references.
- Recruit job seeking candidates, utilizing on-line search engine and social networks to find the best qualified talent for a variety of top Fortune 5000 Clients.
- Aggressively seek, qualify and negotiate pay rates.
- Must know how or learn to source using tools such as CareerBuilder, Monster, Dice, LinkedIn and more using complex Boolean searches.
- Be able to qualify candidates accurately based on job requisitions, negotiate pay structures, coordinate screening with HR, and conclude on-boarding of applicants)
- This is an on-site role, no remote.
- Must be a quick learner

- Excellent computer skills
- College Degree -preferably majors in communications or business
- You will be responsible for achieving monthly placement goals and related reporting.
