Job Title: Customer Service Representative
Work Location: Lewisville, TX
Duration: 6 month contract with option to hire
Education/Experience Required: High School Diploma or GED required
Job Description & Responsibilities:
- Shift- 11 am to 8 pm, Monday through Friday and 1 or 2 Saturdays per month from 11 am to 5 pm.
- Maintains good customer relations during the period the loan is within a firm's servicing portfolio.
- Focused on responding to direct customer inquiries, including assumptions, payoffs, statements, billing and general inquiries regarding the customer's loan.
Skills & Qualifications:
- 1+ Year experience in a Customer Service oriented role
- Must be computer literate with experience in MS Office, Word, Outlook, etc.
- Must have good communication skills with strong phone etiquette
- Any prior experience in a call center environment is a plus
