We are seeking an engaging and dynamic Physical Therapist to join our team. We are a growing practice that empowers our patients to take ownership of their wellness through innovative treatments that help patients experience less pain fast. Our methodology is comprehensive in that we use a variety of modalities in order to provide our patients with the best relief without the use of drugs or surgery. Your role as a Physical Therapist is to evaluate and create treatment plans for patients that will facilitate their path to rehabilitation and wellness. You will be part of a culture that collectively encourages the most optimal level of care through a positive and supportive environment. We believe that the healing our patients experience comes from the environment we provide for them while they are being treated.
Develop and implement physical therapy programs that focus on rehabilitation
Work directly with patients to achieve physical recovery while meeting them at their level of care.
Create a relational experience with patients that engenders trust, safety, and exploration of patient’s own personal growth
Evaluate effects of therapy treatment and communicate patients' progress in a compassionate way that promotes curiosity and openness with patients
Record and document patient care services
Collaborate and explore best treatment focus and modalities with other team members to achieve well-rounded care
Previous experience in physical therapy, rehabilitation, or other related field
Ability to handle physical workload while staying engaged and positive
Ability to build rapport with patients so as to optimize conditions for well being
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Strong leadership qualities which includes capacity to self-reflect, taking ownership of areas of growth, and being open to learning
