Licensed Practical Nurse to join expansion of Integrative Medical Practice that focuses on Neuropathy and Pain. This job will start part time but can move into a full time position. Ideal Candidate: Applicants should have solid leadership and communication skills and open to being trained in and applying cutting edge treatments in Neuropathy and Pain as well as experience in office management duties such as scheduling, office work.
• Provides direct patient care under indirect physician supervision in the application of a therapy that reduces pain and regrows nerves. In addition the job will include coordinating and scheduling appointments; explaining the necessity, preparation, nature, and anticipated effects of procedures to the patient.
• Recording patient histories; preparing patient workups and summaries; recording normal and abnormal data and tentative conclusions for review by the nurse practitioner/physician.
• Monitors patient progress by carrying-out patient care services; maintaining patient records; consulting with supervising physician.
Skills/Qualifications: Good Bedside Manner, Dependability, Teamwork, Verbal Communication, Medical Teamwork. Ability to learn the application of a cell signaling apparatus for the regeneration of nerves.
