Machine Operator

Shifts Available:

First Shift:

6:00am – 2:30pm

Second Shift:

2:00pm – 10:30pm + $1.00/hr shift differential pay

fThird Shift:

10:00pm – 6:00am + $1.50/hr shift differential pay

• Wage rises on a yearly and skill-based basis
• Bonuses paid out monthly based on plant productivity

Responsibilities:

• Operate the thermoformer and packing equipment

• Assist with tooling and product changeovers

• Ensure continuous operation

• Complete required quality inspections and production reports

• Follow all SOPs, safety regulations, and safe work practices

• Maintain a well-organized, safe, and clean workplace

• Provide relief to other team members as needed

Qualifications:

• Candidates must have 2+ years of manufacturing experience, preferably in the plastics industry with thermoforming

• Teamwork, cooperation, and communication abilities

• Ability to lift 35 pounds is required

• Flexibility to work overtime and off shifts as needed

• Must be available to work weekends

Salary info:

$18 - $22 / hr
