Injecting a proven system designed to safely and speedily get homeowners made whole after a loss. We are looking for a highly organized implementer who is a genuine listener, passionate, accountable, highly effective by targeting 5xROI in the long term on every dollar invested by the company, policy enforcement, and systems implementation.
We want a full-time, long-term, Operations/Warehouse manager, who can provide support to our business leaders and handle getting the job done right and deliver an unforgettable memorable experience for the customer, and able to crank out systems and processes every day. Qualified applicants must enjoy learning, being stretched to grow, and ultimately be an integral part of all our business operations,
Compensation:$65,000 - $80,000 per year
Responsibilities:- Ensure the opening and closing of the facility and secure and prepare all vehicles
- Auditing storage inbound and outbound using inventory control software
- Monitor, service, and resupply tools, materials, and equipment
- Schedule and perform vehicle and warehouse maintenance and upkeep
- Observe and enforce safe operations and required daily equipment and compliance with POTG standards
- Maintain qualified drivers' certifications for all vehicles and forklifts
- Work closely with contents managers to ensure production needs are met
- Coordinate with other department managers to ensure an overall clean, supplied, and productive environment
- Schedule resources and vehicles
- Participate and collaborate on mandatory policies, mentorship, and accountability partnership initiative
- Assist with recruiting and hiring
- Manage claim items that have been damaged or lost.
- Handle/ Assist with forklift operations
- Be dynamic in your role and be willing to do whatever it takes to get the company to the next level

Qualifications:
- Forklift certified, Warehouse OSHA guidelines familiarity, Degree in business, management, logistics, or a related field preferred
Experience:
- Previous experience as a warehouse supervisor or a similar management position. Leadership experience, Management training, hand and power tool proficiency, and Inventory management/control systems. Strong working knowledge of warehouse operations and management
Technical Skills:
- Proficiency in Microsoft office 365, basic familiarity with Apple devices, and software confidence
