Pack Health is a digital health coaching platform for chronic disease management. We partner members with their own personal Health Advisor, who provides weekly coaching sessions and personalized follow-up online and over the phone, according to the member's communication preferences. In addition to being a virtual partner in problem-solving, coaches share videos, activities, and resources to support the member's specific health needs.

Pack Health is seeking a Project Manager to work with the Project and Productivity Office to drive successful, efficient cycles of work to support Pack Health’s mission of changing lives. This role will work hand in hand with different departments as a servant leader to facilitate work while also keeping a strategic viewpoint, ensuring that the work product created supports Pack Health’s strategic goals, and contractual obligations.


  • Serve as the Project Expert:
    • Work closely with stakeholders to document project requirements and scope
    • Work hand in hand with an Account Manager to serve as the internal Pack Health advocate in client meetings 
    • Facilitate internal meetings, coordinate resources, and manage multiple streams of work concurrently
    • Create needed documentation for project management plans and roadmaps
    • Monitor project progress toward documented goals and manage scope as it relates to budget and timeline
    • Identify and mitigate risks and impediments
    • Focus the project team on delivering planned value in a timely fashion while also managing changes in scope and priority
    • Navigate a matrix organization to gain delivery commitment from non-direct reports and non-project resources to achieve success
    • Communicate clearly with the team and other stakeholders, regularly set expectations, and improve transparency
  • Develop Pack Health Implementation Expertise:
    • Understand process and workflow within a healthcare environment, most often in the Payer/Plan or Commercial Life Sciences Verticals
    • Manage concurrent medical, legal, and regulatory review timelines
    • Document and communicate client requirements and deliverables clearly to all departments 
    • Manage work streams encompassing creative/content development, technical integrations, health advisor training, and quality/compliance
    • Facilitate resource and capacity planning to forecast timelines
    • Coordinate milestones related to billing to maximize revenue realization throughout a project and analyze budget vs actual expenses for internal reconciliation
    • Focus the project team on delivering planned value in a timely fashion while also managing changes in scope and priority
  • Drive Efficiency Across the Organization
    • Focus on strategic projects that will help Pack Health further its mission
    • Lead process improvement initiatives that will help to streamline internal communication, workstreams, timeline and delivery management, or other areas for improvement
    • Assist with resource and capacity planning to forecast timelines
    • Develop and maintain positive working relationships with all levels of the organization, including peers and senior leadership
    • Execute planned work cycles efficiently and effectively to meet agreed upon goals
    • See challenges as opportunities to improve and push iterative changes to streamline processes
    • Empower the team to do their best work
    • Work with leadership to prioritize work and provide visibility into timelines and highlight potential disruptions to the roadmap
    • Stay in tune with Pack Health’s strategic goals and contractual obligations
    • Escalate risks and issues to senior management in a timely and concise manner
    • Provide status updates and visibility into project health

Position Requirements:

  • 3-7 years Project Leadership
  • Working knowledge of project management strategies and methods (e.g. Waterfall, Scrum, Kanban)
  • Working knowledge of Healthcare in the Payer/Plan or Commercial Life Science verticals (preferred)
  • Certification in Project Management e.g. PMP, PMI-ACP, CSM (preferred)
  • Experience within a rapidly scaling organization (preferred)
  • Working knowledge of technologies including Microsoft and Google Suites, Salesforce or other CRM, task management (e.g. Jira), timeline management tools (e.g. Smartsheet) roadmapping software, and instant messaging platforms
  • Experience using Jira Cloud (preferred)
  • Experience working with stakeholders at all levels across an organization
  • Comfortable presenting and leading discussions internally and with clients
  • Advanced verbal/written communication and presentation skills
  • Willingness to be a servant leader and team player to facilitate success
  • Effectively resolve conflict and provide constructive feedback to team members
  • Ability to multitask, meet deadlines and tend to large amounts of detail
  • Excellent teamwork skills
  • Proven problem-solving capabilities
