PNE Construction is seeking a Project Manager/Estimator who thrives in a fast-paced, team environment and has the ability to provide exceptional service and skills to our company and clients.

The Project Manager/Estimator is responsible for planning, organizing, and controlling an assigned project from conceptual stages through completion to optimize profit and meet marketing, financial, construction and corporate growth objectives by performing the following duties.

  •  Three to Five Years of successful experience in field/position, specific industry experience.
  •  High School Diploma or GED required.
  •  Supervisory experience.
  •  Must possess a valid Driver's license/CDL.
  •  Exceptional customer service skills and ability to work independently.
  •  Must possess excellent verbal and written communications skills.
  •  Ability to multi-task and work in a fast-paced team environment.
  •  Must be detail-oriented and set high standards for accuracy.
  •  Strong interpersonal, organizational, analytical, decision-making, and problem-solving skills required.
  •  Ability to maintain strict confidentiality of all employee and company information.

Essential Duties:

  •  Analyzes drawing to prepare cost, material, and labor estimates.
  •  Coordinates technical project development, estimates of potential profits, and release to production.
  •  Manages day-day progress of project.
  •  Provides technical expertise with project development for new and existing fuel retail and commercial facilities.
  •  Works collaboratively in a team environment with a spirit of cooperation.
  •  Participates in overall product strategy, research and development requirements, deveoplment, and manufacturing coordination for new and emerging projects.
  •  Provides technical expertise project development for new and existing fuel retail and commercial facilities.
  •  Collaborates with a wide variety of functional areas such as sales, engineering, marketing. Manufacturing, and operations to develop and provide projects to customers; needs and market opportunities.
  •  Develops and maintains a prioritized list of customer and market requirements for the project.
  •  Prepares project development objectives and schedules for all phases of project development and introduction to market.
  •  Participates in key sales situations for the project.
  •  Communicates with trade partners and team members regarding new and current projects.
  •  Maintains communications and contacts to collect and analyze technical, financial, schedule, and sales information.
  •  Ensure timely completion of all estimates.
  •  Analyzes drawings to prepare cost, material and labor estimates.
  •  Coordinates price packages with suppliers, owners, designers and architects and revise price-estimates as needed.
  •  Reviews and evaluates cost estimates with supervisor prior to submission.
  •  Maintains punctual, regular and predictable attendance.
  •  Works collaboratively in a team environment with a spirit of cooperation.
  •  Respectfully takes direction from manager.
  •  Other duties as assigned.
