We are looking for a leader, able to work with staff development, budgeting, and management of key services throughout our 15 bed Memory Care Community. This job has a lot of responsibilities.

Candidate qualifications: At least 21 years old; high school diploma/GED; 2 yr. management exp. within last 5 yrs. in health field; and completed, or able to obtain, SPD approved administrator 40 hour program in Oregon. Possess a current Oregon driver’s license. Pass pre-employment drug screening, criminal background investigation, and reference inquiry.

Hands-on experience in caregiving, medication aid, and behavioral management for Alzheimer’s and/or dementia preferred.
