Job Description

Pachyderm Consulting seeks an IT Systems Technician to join our team! You'll help support and maintain IT systems for an established boutique MSP located in the center of Manhattan. Our client base is weighted toward non-profits and foundations.


  • Support end users with local computer issues: VPN access, remote desktop, Office365, MS Office
  • Support provided over phone, remote desktop, helpdesk
  • Handle repairs and exchanges of defective devices
  • Maintain inventories


  • Previous experience in IT or other related fields
  • Fundamental knowledge of networking, hardware, and software
  • Ability to prioritize and multitask
  • Strong troubleshooting and critical thinking skills
  • Deadline and detail-oriented
