While starting pay ranges from $16-18/hr, you only need some (six months or more) experience in a customer service environment to be considered. Your work on a daily basis includes:
Assisting customers over the phone, via e mail or in person with requests for information or help with their account
Documenting all contacts plus follow up with account maintenance as requested
A variety of administrative duties as needed
To be considered your resume needs to show:
At least 6 months recent experience in a customer service setting preferably in an office or call center setting
High school diploma or GED
Hands on experience in MS Office particularly word and excel
Your personal skills need to include:
A knack for working with people able to interact with others for long periods.
An ability to multi task talking while documenting
A sense of urgency an ability to get a lot done in a short period of time
Attention to detail particularly numbers
Starting pay is up to $18/hr .But will increase as your skills and knowledge grow.
