The individual will oversee all marketing department activities and assists with development of Pace International’s go-to-market strategy. The role includes development or management of printed and digital marketing content, brand and visual identity, trade shows, digital marketing, copywriting, social media, press releases, graphic design, public relations and liaison for agency relationship.
This position works very closely with Sales to develop and provide sales tools, presentations, and ad-hoc projects. The position demands extensive customer service skills, a high level of professionalism, attention to detail and willingness to handle the coordination of multiple related activities.
Leads and executes on marketing strategies and activities, including but not limited to content generation, brand and visual identity, trade shows, digital marketing, copywriting, social media, graphic design, content marketing efforts, marketing processes, public relations and agency relationship
Manages the marketing department’s budget and ensures that money is allocated in alignment with the company and department strategies
Lead, coordinate and manage all trade shows, conference participations and customer related meetings
Manage all external vendors and agencies necessary to execute marketing campaigns or initiatives.
Develops and oversees digital marketing strategies, including website, direct mail campaigns, and social media outlets
Develops marketing campaigns and coordinates with the marketing team to ensure timely completion and measure performance
Creates monthly website reports and data analytics, observes and enhances sales efforts
Participate in cross-functional teams to achieve business and product development objectives for product life cycle management and new product initiatives
Develops and maintains marketing and sales-related processes including design and implementation
Remains knowledgeable and up to date on changes and developments on new company products or changes to existing products
Adheres to all company employment policies and safe practices
Performs other duties as assigned
Expected to travel up to 15-20% of the time
Qualifications and Skills
Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing, Communications, or related field.
5+ years’ experience in marketing including content generation, reporting, branding, and other responsibilities as outlined above.
Demonstrated success in the design and execution of integrated marketing programs.
Excellent interpersonal skills and ability to work effectively as a member of a fast-paced team.
Experience managing budgets.
Exhibits exceptional verbal and written skills
Ability to lead, manage and effectively direct the activities of others
Results driven with an ability to both manage and execute projects
Experience with graphic design software such as Adobe InDesign and Photoshop is a plus
