SUMMARY: The Director of IT Solution Architecture identifies, designs, plans, and facilitates delivery of IT solutions across the Pace enterprise. This role is responsible for providing leadership and guidance to IT personnel including business analysts and product managers. This role is the senior analysis leader for all systems across the enterprise including LIMS, customer portals, data management, and analytics & reporting. This role will collaborate extensively with other IT leaders. As a member of the IT senior leadership team, the Director of Solution Architecture will provide leadership for overall IT operations and administration of corporate information management and services, including vision and leadership of enterprise applications, technology infrastructure, information technology policies and security, including the development of strategic and tactical plans for emerging information technologies. Education and Experience: Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Engineering, Business, or a closely related field; AND fifteen (15) years of experience in information technology with at least five (5) years as a solution architect, leader of business analysis or product management OR an equivalent combination of education, training, and experience. Master’s Degree in Business, Engineering, Information Technology, or related field is a plus.
