This is a great opportunity for a motivated and fast paced individual who is willing to join a fast-growing company -Hongfa America, Inc. The ideal applicant will have solid accounting knowledge, be a problem solver with good organizational skills, be dedicated, detail-oriented, and able to multi-task. We are looking for a full-time accountant that fits well into our Accounting team. The office hours are 8:00 – 5:00, Monday to Friday. This is a delightful working environment. The candidates must have 3 years or more experience in a general accounting position. Bilingual in Chinese Mandarin is a plus.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

· Month and year-end close

· Journal entries, billing and reconciliations

· Cost Accounting

· Multiple group’s commission reports

· Participate in cost management

· Ad-hoc analysis and reporting

· Cost analysis and true-up analysis

· Participate in expense budget control

· Involve with annual audit by external auditors

· Comply with local, state, and federal government reporting requirements and tax filings, 1099s

· Participate in the management of insurance policies for the parent company and subsidiaries

· Special projects and other duties as required

Job Requirements:

· BS in Accounting required

· Minimum 3 years of GL experience

· Full Accounting cycle experience.

· Cost analysis report

· Fix assets controls & management

· Demonstrated excel proficiency for reporting

· Experience with Accounts Receivable and Accounts Payable

· Excellent attention to detail

· Intermediate to advance level in MS Excel

· Outgoing personality with the ability to integrate into a dynamic team

· Superior verbal/written communication skills
