Marketing & Research Coordinator

This position is for someone who wants to rise to the challenge of being part of a sales support team in a fun and dynamic commercial real estate office located in the Downtown Toronto area. This includes providing marketing, design, and research support to approximately 50 agents. The successful candidate will have a good eye for design, a positive attitude, a strong desire to work in a team environment, amazing attention to detail, and the ability to multitask under pressure.



Marketing Responsibilities
  • A good eye for design and experience creating marketing pieces
  • Create marketing materials using Adobe Creative Cloud Apps (such as InDesign, Illustration, Photoshop, etc.) and Microsoft Office (Powerpoint, Word, Outlook, Excel)
  • Broker Letters:
  • Creating broker letters from InDesign
  • Designing custom maps and aerials using Lennard colours
  • Inserting surveys, floor plans, zoning information, amenities, transit maps, etc.
  • Creating PDF file of final document
  • Editing existing broker letters
  • Creating CIMs (Confidential Information Memorandums) and RFPs (Requests for Proposals)
  • Must be able to manage multiple conflicting deadlines in a fast-paced environment
  • Editing floor plans and other graphics
  • Creating Postal Code maps using Piinpoint, amalgamating the information into a package using PowerPoint
  • Creating tour packages and maps using Batchgeo & Powerpoint, gathering property information from agents, websites and marketing materials, printing and binding
  • Designing custom marketing pieces as required
  • Gather property information/photos/maps for agents as required
  • Creating pitch packages using Indesign & Powerpoint – inputting and editing information, amalgamating presentations from various sources, printing and binding presentations
  • Regularly update and maintain listings on Lennard website and Email blast website
  • Experience in Commercial Real Estate an asset

Research Responsibilities
  • Using MLS to search, prepare, update and manage listings and agreements
  • Using Altus to conduct search and amalgamate information on office and industrial properties
  • Using Costar to conduct searches and amalgamate information on a variety of property types
  • Using Research Corp to collect tenant lists
  • Using Realnet to conduct searches and amalgamate information on sale transactions
  • Gather Zoning information for properties using various research tools including Map Your Property, Municipality websites and printed zoning booklets
  • Collect demographic information as required, using Piinpoint and Stats Canada

Qualifications
  • Post-secondary education, college/university or equivalent
  • Minimum of 3 years of relevant work experience required
  • Must be proficient in MS Office, including Outlook
  • Must have intermediate experience in Adobe Photoshop, InDesign, and Illustrator
  • Must have strong organizational and time management skills
  • Must be able to manage multiple conflicting deadlines in a fast-paced environment
  • Must have excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Must have excellent interpersonal skills
  • Must have a professional yet personable demeanor
  • Must be able to work well independently and within a team
  • Must be detail oriented with strong analytical skills
  • Must be proactive and take initiative
  • Must be able to maintain confidentiality
  • Experience in Commercial Real Estate an asset
