Our client located in Richmond Hill is seeking an Administrative Assistant to cover a one year maternity leave starting mid-November. Please see a list of duties below:

Responsibilities:
  • Reception - answering all incoming calls
  • Providing administrative support to salesrep
  • Electronic filing
  • Assist with Accounts Payable ie. coding invoices, entering into system
  • Order entry
  • Debits and Credits (will train)

Must have:
  • Basic/Intermediate MS Excel experience
  • Aptitude and ability to learn new tasks
  • AP experience is an asset
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Previous experience in an administrative role
