Minimum Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree required in business or related field.
• 1-3 years of project management experience.
• 1+ year of healthcare industry preferred.

Position Summary

The Project Manager-Real Estate should have a general knowledge of architectural plans, commercial construction, lease language, furniture and equipment installation, project scheduling and reporting, and project budgeting and tracking.

Position Responsibilities

• Work with internal and external staff to identify ideal facility locations.
• Responsible for developing project plans and project risk analysis for implementation of assigned tasks.
• Communicate project status to all project stakeholders, relevant internal business partners and responsible employees.
• Define key project constraints such as scope, schedule, budget, resources, and risks and clearly communicate roles, expectations, and accountability to team members on a regular basis.
• Lead project teams and work with management to resolve resource gaps and influence an agile work environment.
• Ensure project team activities and decisions are clearly communicated, documented, and archived, act as a primary contact for project team related information.
• Recognize project issues or resource gaps and facilitate resolutions.
• Categorize deliverables and inter-dependencies associated with projects.
• Determine and define project scope and objectives.
• Develop and manage a detailed project schedule and plan.
• Create informative Project Documentation including Business Case/Plan, Project Plan, Status Reports and Project Summaries for projects.
• Provide project updates on a consistent basis to various stakeholders about strategy, adjustments, and progress.
• Understand the line of business, take the business vision, and translate into the project vision.
• Understand established policies and procedures and corporate tools and how they apply to the project.
