Description We're looking forCustomer Service Representative, working inHealthcare Systems and Servicesindustry inSt Louis, Missouri, United States.

+ Provide excellent customer service and demonstrate a passion for helping others.

+ Answer inbound calls from members regarding their benefits.

+ Answer 20-50 calls per day on average, but they do not focus on quantity, they focus on the quality of each call and being able to multitask. These are complex calls.

+ Research information regarding deductibles, claim status, providers, etc.

+ Handle sensitive information.

+ Respond to internal and external customer questions via telephone and written correspondence regarding insurance benefits, provider contracts, eligibility and claims.

+ Analyze problems and provide information/solutions.

+ Operate a PC/image station to obtain and extract information, documents information, activities and changes in the database.

+ Document inquiry outcomes for accurate tracking and analysis.

+ Develop and maintain positive customer relations and coordinate with various functions within the company to ensure customer requests and questions are handled appropriately and in a timely manner.

+ Research and analyze data to address operational challenges and customer service issues.

Experience Required for Your Success

+ 2 years of call center experience with ability to work with dual monitors

+ Must have strong internet speed, ethernet connection, private place to work from home (hardwired into the internet)

+ Reliable person, fast learner, team player, caring and willing to be a healthcare advocate for our members

+ Ability to show empathy and have patience

+ Ability to use resources to find answers to our members' questions
