Job Description

 Responsibilities:

  • Make outbound calls to health plan members to coordinate and schedule In-Home one-on-one health assessments and assign and schedule contracted Nurse Practitioner providers for each confirmed health assessment appointment
  • Ensure responses to member inquiries are completed on a timely basis to achieve service and quality standards
  • Follow standard policies or practices and work to meet or exceed departmental scheduling goals
  • Deliver verbatim scripting and maintain a conversational tone
  • Demonstrate the ability to navigate multiple systems in order to schedule nurse practitioner appointments

Requirements:

  • High School diploma or GED equivalency
  • 6 months prior call center experience in sales, education, customer service, collections, or similar
  • Knowledge with HIPAA guidelines
  • Computer and typing skills
