Responsibilities:

  • Answering incoming telephone calls from internal team members in a call center environment related to benefit plans, payroll, policies, programs and online tools associated with human resources

Requirements to Qualify for this Job:

  • At least 1 year of call center experience
  • Technical Support experience is preferred
