- Receive inbound calls from banking customers.
- Answer questions, assist with researching and resolving issues, etc.
- Most calls will be for password resets - We want our customers to receive a WOW experience.
- 1 year customer service experience and/or one year call center experience
- Solid internet navigational skills are needed
- Good verbal and written communication skills
- Experience with an online bill pay service is a plus
