Job Description

Responsibilities:

  • Takes inbound phone calls and responds to basic inquiries, resolves problems, and provides a best-in-class customer experience while adhering to work guidelines, policies, and regulations.
  • Uses verbal and/or written skills to handle customer interactions.
  • Performs research to resolve more complex customer problems including communicating with other departments to answer/resolve customers' requests/issues.

Requirements:

  • High School Diploma or GED
  • 1+ years of customer service experience
  • 1+ years of call center experience
  • This role requires employees to be fully vaccinated against COVID-19 as a condition of employment, subject to a valid medical or religious accommodation.
