Job Description


  • Help callers and customers understand our business a little better
  • Answer benefit questions, claims questions, guide on the appeals process, guide on initiating authorization for pharmacy or medical calls, document and guide with complaints, payment inquiries, and other customer service common questions
  • Educate customers on disease management programs and make recommendations on the right healthy living programs for their needs


  • 1 year of Call Center experience is required
  • Healthcare experience is highly preferred
  • Intermediate proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite; high level capacity to multitask independently and on a computer
  • Knowledge of Medical Terminology is a plus
