Job Description

Responsibilities:

  • Help callers and customers understand the business better.
  • Answer benefit questions and claims questions.
  • Serve as a guide on the appeals process and initiate authorization for pharmacy/medical calls.
  • Document complaints, payment inquiries, and other customer service common questions.
  • Take ownership of their issues and resolve them over the phone the first time, every time.
  • Serve as an advocate for health and wellness.

Requirements:

  • 1+ year of call center experience
  • Intermediate proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
  • High-level capacity to multitask independently and on a computer
  • Knowledge of medical terminology is preferred
