- Fulfill a customer's request by answering calls, chats or emails in a contact center environment
- Handle moderately complex or escalated issues while delivering a great client experience
- Refer customers to the appropriate line of business for products not supported, through a variety of communication channels
Requirements to Qualify for this Job:
- 1 year of call center experience
- Bilingual Spanish required
