- Respond to inquiries and complaints from internal and external customers including merchants, clients, and bankers regarding financial products and services.
Requirements to Qualify for this Job:
- Bachelor's degree preferred
- At least 1 year of collections, fraud or financial services experience
- Bilingual Spanish required
