The representatives of a call center are individuals who answer and dial out calls. Their responsibility is to respond to outbound calls from the customers to gather their information, answer questions. Additionally, agents are responsible for setting appointments and gather survey data.
Duties and Responsibilities:
-Answering/handling outbound calls from customers professionally
- Responding to customer inquiries and complaints
-Handling and resolving customers complaints regarding product sales to customer service problems
- Providing customers with organization service and production information
-Completing call notes and call reports as necessary and updating then in the CRM.
-Recording details of comments inquires, complaints and actions taken.
-Open Availability (Monday through Saturday) (9am-5pm)
-Excellent communication skills including verbal with proper grammar/Fluent English
-Ability to work with other in a close manner
-Good Computer Skills
-Good multi-tasking skills

High School Diploma or equivalent
