Nurse Practitioner Physician Assistant

Facility is looking for a full time Nurse Practitioner with either Adult or Family Practice Certification to provide primary care and addiction treatment at our inpatient substance abuse treatment program. Work independently but in collaboration with an attending physician to screen patients for admission or to provide sick call. Willing to train. On call duties when assigned.
Hours are Monday through Friday, 9am – 5pm.
Requirements:
Adult or Family Practice Certification with minimum 2 years of working experience
Current NYS License and Registration
Infection Control certificate (required by NYS)
DEA
CPR Certification
NPI number
NYS Medicaid number (required by NYS to treat NYS Medicaid patients)
Will be required to obtain Suboxone certification within the first 3 months of employment
Must have minimum of 2 years’ experience
Medical malpractice insurance is provided by the facility
Pay: $130,000 per year
