Customer Service Assistant (CRM / CSR)
We are partnered with a very successful and growing client that operates nationally throughout Canada. This client has outsourced their sales function and we are seeking a new Advisor to join us on a permanent full-time basis.

Speak to customers face to face
Understand the company's products and clearly communicate with customers
Resolve customer queries when necessary
Liaise with the sales team to assist with queries
Record all actions taken onto customer database
Build relationships with suppliers and customers and provide a high standard of service

Proactive and professional attitude
Excellent attention to detail and accurate data entry skills
Professional customer service manner
Experience of working within a customer-focused position
