Job Description

Expected Contributions:

  • Deliver timely and remarkable customer service to our clients' customers.

  • Identify personal objectives to help achieve short and long term goals.

  • Assist with innovative strategies that build positive buzz and key connections.

  • To achieve/over-achieve on daily/weekly/monthly targets.

  • Pro-actively seek new business opportunities

  • Gather, retain and apply knowledge of existing and new products to ensure sales are completed correctly and are of the highest possible value to the business

Position Qualifications:

  • Self-starter who works well in multi-faceted campaigns and has the mindset to adapt quickly and learn quickly of own accord

  • Ability to take initiative, anticipate issues and escalate as necessary

  • Professional, clear communication skills, both written and verbal

  • Collaborative, high energy, attention to detail, strong execution

  • Strong negotiation skills

  • Ability to work in a fast paced environment but remain flexible and energetic

  • Must be able to travel on occasion and work outside normal business hours due to conference and event schedules

POP was born in Atlanta in January 2019, we started with the idea to create a new personal approach for our clients to our customers. The CEO has had many years of training in multiple countries with multiple methods of marketing to multiple clients from telecommunications, to office supplies, to growth industry clients all the way to non-profit organizations. She has run businesses in New York and Chicago and now wanted to come to ATLANTA to integrate into the market in a new way. We got an amazing opportunity to attack the Atlanta market with full force with a client that was desperate to integrate into the south. We have some goals that have been set by the clients due to the high demand that we have worked so hard to create. We expect to have moved into 10 total markets by the end of 2019 to then set us up for an additional 15 in 2020. The quicker we hit these goals the more clients we can bring on board.
