The Stanley eCommerce team is growing rapidly, and we are seeking an eCommerce Associate who will be responsible for ensuring consistent and on-brand content is displayed across all accounts as well as assist in executing strategies to drive growth for our retail eCommerce business. The right person will lead the business from item setup, through to ensuring the integrity of our catalog (data, presentation, remediating site merchandising issues) that will positively impact on-site visibility of our brand across multiple retail accounts.   • Implements and executes a ‘best in class’ consumer experience on Amazon, and other retail eCommerce sites by elevating our brand and product visibility onsite
  • Have a creative eye in bringing our brand to life onsite through the creation of detail page assets, advertising content and building out brand stores
  • Lead the process of item setup across multiple retailers which would include developing a launch strategy, curating content, and providing necessary information required by retailers for a seamless launch
  • Project managing key deliverables that will positively impact the overall eCommerce business
  • Independently lead and execute eCommerce projects (form setups, scrubs, merchant promotion initiatives, data readouts, ad hoc projects, etc.), with input from relevant stakeholders.
  • Perform keyword research and driven research to optimize brand, product and category presence across the retail eCommerce landscape using all available levers: digital marketing, data optimization, merchandising recommendations, promotions, etc.
  • Analyze data and glean insights from available resources to drive business opportunities and develop strategic activities to realize growth opportunities for accounts.
  • Work cross-functionally and collaboratively with creative, marketing, and sales teams as needed to accomplish tasks that will improve the consumer experience online
  • Providing strategic recommendations to help grow our eCommerce business
  • Consistently ‘walking the store’ to identify issues onsite and bring them to full resolution


  • 3+ years of experience in retail eCommerce; Amazon experience is a plus
  • Proven track record to deliver results and take ownership
  • High attention to detail and strong organizational skills
  • Ability to operate independently given direction, and bring ideas and date-driven solutions to issues raised
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Interpersonal savvy to effectively work with and connect with cross-functional counterparts
  • Exceptional time management skills showcasing the ability to organize, prioritize, and lead multiple projects
  • Be adaptable and flexible in a fast-paced environment
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office: Word, Excel, PowerPoint
  • Reports to: Sr. Director of eCommerce
