You are an exceptional project manager; a self-starter known for collaborating with team members, developing program plans, and bringing them in on time and on budget. 

You are comfortable building out project plans, work back schedules, task lists, and cost and resource estimates with a high degree of accuracy. You anticipate problems and build contingency plans; remove barriers for project teams, and juggle multiple projects of various scopes with converging timelines. You manage projects, drafts, and deliverables to completion, ensuring the highest quality outcomes are achieved. You thrive on delivering exceptional work, on time and within budget, delighting clients while ensuring internal business goals are met. You possess high technical aptitude and are experienced in using project management tools, methodologies, and best practices. Furthermore, you are:

Your Job Responsibilities 

  • Develop large-scale scopes of work in conjunction with client services by estimating resources, hours, and deliverables needed
  • Ensure project profitability with accurate hours estimation and the management of contributors and outcomes to available hours
  • Translate client needs into comprehensive project plans including timelines, milestones, approval processes, RACI, and more
  • Balance client work against resources, assisting with scheduling work across teams to ensure the timely completion of deliverables
  • Schedule and manage kickoffs, status meetings, and post-mortems, integrating key learnings into future plans and processes
  • Manage handoffs between teams, ensuring projects avoid bottlenecks or friction that would compromise timing or quality of deliverables
  • Apply quality control processes to guarantee the accuracy and impact of client work, in order to gain client trust, confidence, and business
  • Support team to organically grow accounts by learning their business and optimizing our services
  • Perform readouts on projects in flight and completed to key stakeholders, building a culture of transparency and accountability
  • Anticipate needs of both the client and the internal team and proactively provide support and guidance to ensure a seamless workflow through to delivery

Your Experience

  • 10+ years of project management experience preferably in an agency environment
  • BA/BS Degree 
  • Digital project management experience 
  • Project management certification from an accredited organization preferred
  • Strong negotiation skills
  • Background in B2B technology or software a plus (Telecom, Networking, IoT, AI, SaaS)
