Quick Apply Full-time 11 hours ago Full Job Description Position - Customer Service Representative Location - Dallas, TX 75240 The Customer Service Representative is an integral part of PMAM, functioning on a Full-Time Monday - Friday schedule within the general hours of 8:30 AM - 5:30 PM. This is a non-exempt position. Responsibilities include but are not limited to the following duties on a continual basis.

Responsibilities and Duties Manage all inbound customer service calls to assist customers with timely and accurate answers. Respond to customer inquiries by telephone or email Dial or receive calls as directed. Provide accurate information at all times.

Escalate questions or complaints to direct Supervisor. Correctly notate all accounts and acquire missing information. Maintain a polite attitude during all contacts.

Adhere to the schedule regarding break periods. Additional duties as assigned by Management Qualifications and Skills 2+ years of relevant call center experienceHigh... school diploma or equivalent preferred Excellent written and verbal communication skills Experience handling outbound and inbound calls Experience working on collection processes Attention to detail and high level of accuracy Ability to work in a fast paced and demanding environment Job Type: Full-time Salary: $13.00 per hour Experience: call center: 1 year (Preferred) Quick Apply
